Nature discovery weekend
In the morning, our nature guide will take you
on a walk to discover the fauna and flora of our
Ardennes. He will show you how the ecosystem works
and give a general overview of the management of
the forest and its game.
At different
places, you will see traces of the past. These woods
have been exploited since the dawn of time. On occasions
you will feel you have stepped back several centuries
in time.

in a double room half-board.
Each package includes a weekend
of two nights.

These
walks can have different themes like the egg-laying
of frogs at the end of winter, medicinal and aromatic
herbs in spring and summer, wild mushrooms in autumn,
and many other subjects.
At
midday we serve you a picnic or barbecue at your choice,
wherever you want to stop.
We know it is enjoyable to walk,
but it is no problem to be driven, above all after
you have already walked a few miles. At that point
horses will take you back to the hotel.
This gastronomic stay includes:
- 4-course regional menu on the evening of arrival,
- all-day nature discovery walk,
- lunch in the heart of the forest,
- return by carriage,
- 6-course discover menu,
- breakfast each day.
