In the morning, our nature guide
will take you on a walk to discover the fauna and
flora of our forests, as autumn arrives. He will
show you how the ecosystem works, and where the
stags have pride of place at this time of year.
The aim of this walk is to give a general overview
of the management of the forest and its game.
 
At midday it is time for lunch. A
“forester’s” lunch awaits you in
a forest glade. Regional produce is prepared for the
meal, accompanied by the appropriate wines. The entire
meal reflects a gastronomic spirit in this outstanding
setting.

A meal in the open air or in front
of a wood fire has that very special flavour of the
end of summer. Then, gently, we return to the hotel.
And the afternoon comes to an end.
In the evening we serve you a 6-course
discovery meal. Then you depart accompanied by your
guide, to meet the stags at rutting time. This nocturnal
walk will leave you with an unforgettable souvenir,
of a mysterious forest which is occasionally a little
frightening but paradoxically is gentle and protective
when you get to know it.
This gastronomic stay includes:
- 4-course regional menu on the evening of arrival,
- nature discovery walk,
- lunch in the heart of the forest,
- 6-course discover menu,
- nocturnal walk to hear the stags bray,
- breakfast each day.
